Star Garnet Tie Dye

Geode style tie dye shirt inspired by star garnets, Idaho’s state gemstone.  

Colors: maroons and magentas with lots of color splits with blues, oranges and browns.

Fabric: Old Navy Everywhere ladies shirt in size large. 100% cotton. 

Shirt care: I use a textile detergent that washes excess dyes from fabric, but some unbonded pigments could remain. Wash with dark colors or other tie dyes with cool water.
